Director of Operations

Job Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Organizational Overview

Since 2014, AIRO (formerly The Go Fund) has focused on eliminating barriers to advance the gospel of Jesus to unreached people groups.  AIRO’s mission remains steadfast: “Eliminate barriers to advance the gospel to the unreached.”

AIRO has two primary programs: The Go Fund, which eliminates the barrier of student debt for aspiring missionaries, and The Missions Course, which addresses the lack of mission-mindedness among American churchgoers. Through The Go Fund, AIRO has approved 143 families for its student debt repayment program to date, paying off over $1.7 million in student debt and assuming over $7 million in student debt. Through The Missions Course, 42 local churches have guided their congregation through the course, representing 1,600 individuals.

While we labor to eliminate barriers to advance the gospel to the unreached, there are still nearly 3 billion people on the planet without access to it.

We believe one day, God will end missions. But until then, there is work to do.
