Director of Operations & Youth Ministry
Job Overview
About Redemption Parker Redemption Parker exists to enjoy Jesus and make disciples. We are a growing, gospel-centered church rooted in the historic Christian faith, committed to expository preaching, intentional discipleship, Spirit-led worship, and missional living. As part of the Acts 29 Network, we share a passion for church planting, biblical faithfulness, and theological clarity—all in the context of relational grace and joyful humility.
As we grow, we're looking for a unique individual called to pastoral ministry, who is eager to learn and lead in a dual-role capacity—overseeing both the practical systems that support the church (operations) and shepherding the next generation (youth ministry). This is a strategic role for someone desiring hands-on ministry experience in a vibrant church with a clear theological vision and a growing need for leadership development.
Position Summary
The Director of Operations & Youth Ministry will report to the Executive Teaching Pastor and function as a hybrid ministry leader—providing organizational leadership and administrative oversight for the day-to-day operations of the church, while also shepherding students (6th–12th grade) through gospel-centered teaching, discipleship, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone exploring or pursuing pastoral ministry who wants to develop both ministry competency and church leadership skills in a growing and healthy church environment.
