Director of Student Ministry

The Director of Student Ministry will support the pastor and staff by overseeing outreach efforts to students. This role requires a deep understanding of Biblical principles and the ability to communicate these truths in a way that applies to students' lives. The director should have the skills to lead, organize, and implement both short-term and long-term plans. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both youth and their parents.
