General Description
To lead the US church planting team to catalyze planting US churches, specifically through Acts 29's US churches, regions, and micro-networks using the Acts 29 Church Planting Pipeline.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Church Planting: Meet or exceed the agreed upon goal number of churches planted for the year as laid out in the strategic plan.
- Church Planting Pipeline: Oversee the development, use, and integration of the Acts 29 Church Planting Pipeline in support of planting churches in the US. Lead Acts 29 to have the best church planting pipeline in the world. Meet or exceed agreed upon annual goals associated with the pipeline.
- Staff: Lead US church planting team staff members for whom you have direct responsibility in accordance with Acts 29's cultural values, processes, standards, and systems.
- Budget: Be responsible for all aspects of the US church planting budget.
- Collaboration: Work regularly with the US regions, the global church planting division, Acts 29 churches and hub churches, and other Acts 29 teams to ensure planters are taking next steps in the pipeline so churches are planted. Work as a peer and counterpart to the Director of Global Church Planting.

Standard Requirements
- Travel: Overnight travel required at times.
- Policies: Must adhere to Acts 29's Handbook, Statement of Faith, Information Security Policy, and any additional policies required of Acts 29 staff.
- Equipment: Must return any Acts 29-purchased equipment upon termination.
- Support: Must utilize Acts 29's data, financial, and communication policies systems for Acts 29 operations.
