Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the lead pastor to plan and execute worship services and worship engagements at RCM.
- Execute weekend worship service and other worship engagements.
- Implement and oversee all Audio/Visual systems.
- Manage and produce all post-service audio and video.
- Recruit, train, develop, and care for team members.
- Lead beyond the worship ministry as a part of the staff team.
- Carry leadership responsibilities and participate in discipleship efforts beyond the worship team as directed by the Lead Pastor.
