Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
A. Youth programs at St Andrew's
- Oversight of the two Sunday morning youth programs at 9.30 and 11.30, and the Friday evening program.
- Teaching and developing bible studies materials across the youth programs, that are in line with the beliefs and values of the church.
- Developing a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community where young people are encouraged to ask questions of faith, grow in their understanding of Jesus, be equipped to share their faith with others and serve the community.
- Organizing yearly youth retreats and mission trips.
- Meeting with youth, mentoring and teaching outside of the Sunday and Friday meetings.
- Identifying, recruiting, training, and supporting youth leaders. This will involve meeting with them for one-to-one bible study.
B. Young Adult Ministry
- Participation and leadership in our midweek young adults' group.
- Meeting one-to-one to evangelize, disciple and mentor students.
C. Involvement in Evening Church at St Andrew's
- This includes occasional service leading, leading prayers, and bible reading.
- Developing relationships with young adults, with the intention to disciple them.
D. Schools ministry Working closely with Associate Minister (Evangelism and Mission) in St Andrew's schools' ministry. This includes:
- Regular preaching at our link schools, Diocesan Girls School and Diocesan Girls Junior School.
- Hosting school visits to St Andrew's, which includes putting together a program of activities and talks, and liaising with representatives from visiting schools.

Position Qualifications:
Qualifications
The successful applicant will be a committed evangelical Christian, a humble leader, pastorally warm, hardworking, faithful to the gospel and already fruitful in a similar role. Essential requirements include:
- Excellence in bible teaching and leadership.
- High level of biblical and theological skills.
- High competence in recruiting, training and mobilizing leaders and volunteers.
- The ability to think strategically and implement programs.
- Formal theological training at a minimum of diploma level.
