Tri-City Baptist Church is a gospel-centered, family-oriented church located in the heart of Fremont, California. With this brand new position, we are seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and visionary leader to serve as a full-time Director of Youths & Children Ministry. This person will oversee and develop ministry programs for children (infant through 5th grade) and youths (6th–12th grade), in partnership with families and volunteers, to foster a lifelong love of Christ and His Church.

Job Description

• Develop and implement a Christ-centered vision for youths and children ministry with a goal of leading them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith in God's Word.
• Caring and supporting the children, parents, and volunteers – and to share regularly with pastors on concerns, challenges, difficulties and successes.
• Teach and mentor children & youth through age-appropriate biblical teaching, small groups, retreats, and events
• Coordinate scheduling, event planning, curriculum selection, and communication with families
• Manage ministry budgets and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
