Discipleship and Outreach Pastor

The Discipleship and Outreach Pastor is responsible for creating and managing various opportunities for discipleship at CRBC as well as training and equipping leaders for those initiatives. Additionally, he will be responsible for facilitating local ministry partnerships and opportunities for ministry and missions both locally, and beyond. He will foster and create opportunities for CRBC to connect with the community as well as visitors.
