Meadow Grove Baptist Church in Brandon, MS is prayerfully seeking a full-time Discipleship Pastor to join our team. The Discipleship Pastor will implement strategies to facilitate spiritual growth and maturity through assimilation, discipleship, outreach, and missions.

This position will work closely with staff to help fulfill the church's vision and mission. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader with strong biblical knowledge, preaching and teaching ability, and a passion for equipping others to follow Jesus and make disciples.
