Job Description:

We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Education Pastor who will oversee the department, including preaching, teaching, training, administration, and discipleship.

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications:

● Must obtain a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary with previous pastoral

experience.

● Must be ordained in the PCA or be eligible for ordination in the PCA.

● Must meet the qualifications for biblical eldership as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.

● A calling and passion for discipling and educating children and youth in the Lord, with at least

three years of experience as an education pastor.

● Effective communication skills with the parents of children and youth involved in the church's

education system.

● Ability to navigate and work across both Korean and English ministry cultures.

● A heart for local and global evangelism, in accordance with Matthew 28:19-20.
