Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Direct the Sunday Elementary Children's Church, including teaching, and preparing necessary materials. The church uses the Gospel Project curriculum.
2. Recruit, train, and coordinate a team of volunteers.
3. Develop and manage schedules for all children's ministry activities.
4. Ensure that curriculum materials, supplies, and equipment are prepared and available.
5. Communicate through a weekly email to parents, providing updates on children's learning and ministry activities.
6. Plan and organize Summer kids camp along with the preschool Children's director.
7. Lead volunteer training meetings on a quarterly basis to enhance communication and teamwork.
8. Attend staff meetings and provide ministry updates.

Hours:

• Hours: About 10 hours per week.
