Elementary Director @ Starpoint

We are looking for an Elementary Director who will help us take our K-5th ministry to the next level. There are over 250 elementary kids who attend Starpoint regularly and 65 elementary volunteers ready to be inspired and equipped to raise up the next generation.

With your help, Sunday will truly be the best hour of every kid's week!

You would be responsible for...

• Casting vision and providing leadership, oversight, management, and care to K-3rd Team and 4th-5th Team
• Caring for and connecting with the parents of the children who attend Starpoint elementary classrooms
• Helping us take our K-5th ministries to the next level!

About Starpoint:

Starpoint Church is a growing church that averages over 1,500 in person each weekend. We are located in the Capital Region of upstate New York. We are 2.5 hours from New York City and 2.5 hours from Montreal. Right in our backyard are the beautiful Adirondack Mountains.

Albany, New York is consistently rated as one of the most post-Christian and least Bible minded cities in America by Barna. The ideal candidate would possess an understanding of ministering in a highly unchurched area and a broad ministry understanding.

As a church we have a passion to "Share & Show" the love of Jesus with every single person in the Capital Region.

The Ideal Candidate would possess...

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in leading Children's Ministry or willingness to learn children's ministry mission and role in reaching the unchurched in our community
• Strong written and administrative skills
