Elementary School Teacher for a Christian School in Northern California. Grades available for full-time teaching positions are Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 6th grade. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teachers to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for teaching their students Bible, Math, History, English, and Science. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching, possess strong subject matter expertise, and have a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in all subject matters.  
• Classroom Management: Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and academic excellence.
• Assessment: Administer and grade assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Individualized Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students who may require additional assistance, including tutoring referrals or special accommodations.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to ensure they are well-informed about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Spiritual Development: Integrate Christian principles and values into the classroom environment, fostering spiritual growth and character development in students.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on educational best practices, attend professional development opportunities, and actively participate in faculty meetings and school events.
