Nakwon Presbyterian Church is a local church of the Presbyterian Church in America located in Dresher, PA in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. We are currently seeking a part-time (male or female) English Ministry Pastor or Director whose primary role is to oversee the English Ministry and aid in carrying out the vision of Nakwon.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead all aspects of the English Ministry (includes elementary, youth, and young adults)
  • Lead Sunday worship
  • Disciple students and members
  • Recruit and train teachers/volunteers
  • Manage ministry-related administrative duties
• Plan and lead special events
  • e.g., graduation service, Christmas presentation, VBS, retreats, trips, etc

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or have completed an M.Div. or other related theological master's degree at an accredited evangelical seminary.
• Must be fluent in English. Korean proficiency is preferred, but not required.
• Able to teach in a gospel-centered manner.
• Has a gospel-centered philosophy of ministry.
