The role of Equipping Pastor exists to provide vision and leadership to the Restoration Church Institute.

Job Description

This role will provide opportunities for growth that are Gospel-Driven, accessible, and committed to excellence for the purpose of making mature disciples of Christ. The Equipping Pastor will provide these growth opportunities primarily through leading the Institute, teaching classes, and overseeing all education at Restoration Church. The Equipping Pastor will be expected to uphold the vision and mission of Restoration Church and submit to the authority of the Restoration Church elders.
