Alliance for Life is Hiring: Executive Assistant Location: Lee's Summit, MO Hours: 32 hours/week Salary: $17–$18/hour DOE
Proactive, detail-driven professional with a heart for ministry and a passion for meaningful work? Alliance for Life is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and play a vital role in the mission to support and strengthen life-affirming organizations across the state.

What the Executive Assistant will Do:
- Support the CEO and leadership team with high-level administrative tasks
- Manage projects and take full ownership from start to finish
- Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Lead volunteer recruitment and coordination
- Handle mailings, AFL publications, and general communications
- Help design and implement processes where none exist

- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively
- Have strong skills in Office Suite, especially Excel
- Willing to travel occasionally and adapt one's schedule as needed
