Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and spiritually mature Executive Director to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our ministries. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution across all branches of our organization.

Location: Remote, with periodic travel to ministry sites in the U.S., Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

Doctrinal Alignment: Applicants are expected to be in substantial agreement with the Statement of faith of ABWE (https://www.abwe.org/who-we-are/what-we-believe).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership across all three ministry entities
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ministry coordination
• Manage budgets, personnel, and legal/compliance matters
• Foster healthy relationships with staff, donors, ministry partners, and field teams
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of long-term goals
• Represent the ministry in external relations and communications

Qualifications:

• Committed Biblical Christian with alignment to ABWE's doctrinal convictions
• Proven leadership and administrative experience in nonprofit or ministry settings
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience with international or cross-cultural ministry preferred
• Familiarity with aviation ministry is a plus but not required
