The Executive Director position would be a good fit for a strong leader with corporate experience or from a larger church setting. They must know how to manage finances and people well while driven by the church's mission. This is not a place where someone will be able to come and coast. Graceway needs a driven leader to move into the next season of ministry.

Job Description

Summary of the Position:

The Executive Director/Pastor's role is to direct and manage Graceway's operational areas, to include Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources. This position is responsible for Graceway's physical plant, its financial health and the health of our staff as well as the operational procedures to accomplish work. These areas are managed by experienced individuals that report to the Executive Director/Pastor.

This position reports directly to the Lead Pastor and is part of the Executive Leadership Team of Graceway.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial condition of Graceway
• Manage the physical appearance and operations of the campus and facilities
• Manage data gathering and accuracy and the reporting that comes from that data
• Serve on Executive Leadership Team
• Establish and evaluate on an ongoing basis, processes and procedures and the documentation accompanying them

Qualifications for the Role:

• Experience in leading and training leaders
• Experience with financial concepts including cash management, capital investment, non-profit budgeting, fund balance accounting
• Experience in administrative tasks and systems including Google Suite, Apple products, Standard Procedures, Policy Implementation, and task management software
• Experience working with, developing, and implementing operational systems for the many processes of Graceway
• Experience or familiarity with mechanical systems, replacement and repair needs, grounds maintenance
• Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and offer solutions
