Executive Director of Professions
Job Description:
The Executive Director of Professions is responsible to lead those in the audience to uniquely restore marketplace, professional and government communities with the good news of Jesus. This includes those serving with specific strategies such as the LeaderImpact and Christian Embassy strategies.
Position Qualifications:
- Walks humbly with the Lord
- Be a person worth following, a practitioner
- Able to lead others to focus on Jesus, lead out of faith dependency, lead from the Word
- Believes in our Cru Mission and Values, and City Vision and Culture.
- Humility and desire to keep learning, adapting, and growing as a leader
- Actively engaged in learning as related to cultural competency
- Experienced in forming and leading a healthy team
- Able to cast vision and align team members, partners and donors
- Holds credibility and a healthy relationship with the broader Cru community
