Job Description

1. Preparation of the lessons for Saturday morning.
2. Preparation of bus routes.
3. Collecting and depositing donations.
4. Handling accounts payables.
5. Purchasing
6. Financial bookkeeping.
7. Coordinating the volunteers.
8. Coordinating bus maintenance.
9. Coordinating the bus drivers.
10. Relationship liaison between Anchor Church (Site of ministry) and Orlando Children Church.
11. Special events coordination, such as the Back to School Backpack Drive and Shoe Day.
12. Fundraising and donor relations.
13. Supervising social media coordinator.
14. Supervise Saturday morning programs from 7:30 a.m. to noon each Saturday.
