World Horizons USA is looking for an experienced, servant-hearted disciple of Jesus to fill the role of Executive Director to lead the organization into the next season of ministry. Established in the US in 1985, this ministry has a history of recruiting, training, and sending team members to serve in some of the world's least-reached areas through diverse ministries. World Horizons USA is part of the global movement of World Horizons that includes partner ministries in Africa, South America, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. World Horizons USA is a multi-lingual and multi-cultural mission movement.

The role will include supporting existing work as well as actively growing our recruitment for service in the United States.

Job Title: Executive Director

Description: The Executive Director is responsible for the vision and direction of the ministry based out of the United States and oversight of the team that handles administrative and other services of the U.S. office.

Accountable to: Board of Directors of World Horizons USA, and the International Director's Team of World Horizons International

Type of Engagement: Full-time

Location: Remote from anywhere within the contiguous United States. Periodic face-to-face visits and virtual conferencing to the administrative office in Richmond, VA, along with visits to field teams and international conferences would be expected.

All members of World Horizons are responsible for fundraising of one's salaries. The role of US Executive Director is also a support-raised position.
