Executive Pastor Job position.
Our vision is to Love God. Love His Word. Love People. We fulfill this vision by being committed to expositional preaching, small group discipleship, and church planting. In the past 5 years, we have raised up 1 new church planter and we desire to see more of this! This position will lead the staff and volunteers in executing this vision. This position is also the position that would be groomed to be the next lead pastor if the Lord guides in this. Lord willing, the person who takes this executive position can be committed to serving long-term. The position will be hired in 2025
Job Description
-This person must have their Mdiv or be in the process of earning it.
-This person must be humble and willing to learn.
-This person must exemplify the qualities of Godliness and pastoral qualifications laid out in the Pastor epistles
-This person must be able to preach faithful sermons! If preaching and study is not your passion this is not the position for you. You will be doing a lot of preaching
-This person must be able to manage a team and cast a vision.
