Executive Pastor

First Baptist Church of Wetumpka, Alabama is searching for an Executive Pastor. Responsibilities include oversight of disciple-making and groups ministries, community connections, and will serve as a chief of staff. This person will provide direction and leadership to the ministry and administrative staff teams, while also coordinating ministry with all of the executive committees of FBC. The applicant should have experience and skill at ministry leadership, strategic thinking, and administrative management. In addition, the Executive Pastor will be expected to assist in pastoral care, counseling, and preaching ministry.
