As the Executive Pastor at North Church in Spokane, Washington, you’ll become a key part of our team inspiring people to say yes to God as we join Jesus in His mission to make disciples. As a church of about 500 and growing, we have a long history of raising up and sending out leaders, planting churches, and caring holistically for our city. You would become the ministry strategist and operational leader to support the current and future needs of the church. This will include staff development, ministry coaching, Next Generation ministry, and financial operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Developing and leading the ministry strategy of North Church Leading the Next Gen team and ensuring a healthy and vibrant staff culture Overseeing Financial, HR, and Facility based operations Implementing the church’s core values, especially that of holistic disciple-making, into all ministry functions
