Belle Aire Baptist Church in Murfreesboro TN is seeking a Full Time Facilities Manager. Specific Responsibilities: Maintain the church building (74,000 square feet) and grounds (28 acres); accommodate facility-related needs our our various church ministries; oversee the work of contract labor; maintain adequate inventory of all custodial and maintenance supplies; maintain and secure all tools and equipment; manage the use and maintenance of all church vehicles; general understanding of HVAC systems and Fire Alarm systems; develop and manage facilities budget; hire and supervise custodial staff; some hands-on experience in minor plumbing, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
