Kathleen Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Families and Children Pastor who will develop and lead a comprehensive ministry to children and their families. The applicant should have a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a life that personifies the pastoral qualifications of 1 Tim 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9; be in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000); have a calling to family and children's ministry with a 3-year minimum history in children's/family ministry leadership. The applicant should exhibit strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills, while competently recruiting, equipping, and encouraging volunteers in a team environment.
