We are seeking a Family Life Pastor to lead our church's ministry efforts for primarily young families. Our desire is that this person should have a strong passion for ministering to young families and children, as well as experience in training and guiding members in their gifts and service. This role requires an individual who excels in building relationships with a diverse range of people, committed to fostering spiritual growth through discipleship and community engagement among young families. A person who is organized and able to manage departmental budgets. This role also requires the gift of teaching all ages, exhibiting qualities of a servant leader, and discernment in counseling young families and children through difficult seasons. This person should a student of the word of God, able to work well with others on a team, and able to manage medium size churchwide events.
