Job Overview

Community Christian Alliance Church (CCAC; www.ccalliance.com) is a multi-generational church in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. We are looking for a pastor who eagerly desires to oversee the youth and children's ministries of our church, and to shepherd the parents of these age groups. This is a full-time position. We are a mid-size church and have about 80-90 youth and children. We are looking for a candidate that aspires to the office of pastor/elder (1 Tim 3:1) and has been affirmed to have the character of a pastor/elder (1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9).

Preferred requirements – M.Div from an accredited seminary – Experience in working with youth, children, and parents – Experience in leading a ministry team of volunteers

Job Description

1) Oversee children's and youth ministries; 2) Work with and lead existing ministry volunteers; 3) Partner with and support parents in their discipleship of their children; 4) Invest in opportunities to reach out to non-churched families with the gospel; 5) Fulfill responsibilities as an elder of the church.
