Family Pastor – First Baptist Church Covington, TN

First Baptist Church Covington is a healthy, growing, multi-generational church with a unified staff that loves serving together. We are prayerfully seeking a Family Pastor to lead a dynamic ministry that equips parents as disciple-makers, strengthens marriages and families, and oversees our kid's ministry.

The Family Pastor will:

• Equip parents with tools for home discipleship.
• Develop opportunities for marriage enrichment and family life ministry.
• Oversee children's ministry programming (Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, VBS, camps, etc.).
• Work alongside a collaborative staff team in a church that values unity, mission, and spiritual growth.

We are looking for a leader with a shepherd's heart, a clear calling to family ministry, and the ability to connect with both parents and kids.
