Indian Valley Faith Fellowship is a multi-generational church family of around 120 people.  The Lord has blessed us with vibrant preschool, children’s, and youth programs, and we typically have around 80 children & youth at our weekly Wednesday evening programs (many of whom come from the local community).  As our church grows we are excited to now be searching for our second full-time pastor.

Job Description

We are looking for a Family Pastor to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership so that our ministries are effective in discipling kids of all ages and their families:

• Oversee youth, children’s, and young adult ministries.
• Lead, encourage and equip volunteers within each ministry team to use their God-given gifts in service of the Lord
• Foster discipleship relationships that draw on the multi-generational strength of our church and lead kids and their families to trust in the Lord and know His Word as they face life’s joys and challenges
• Work to connect kids and families in the community with our congregation and ministries

We’re praying for:

• A man who is submitted to Jesus as his Lord, and has a calling to connect with and disciple families for Jesus.
• He has the life-tested Biblical wisdom to guide younger families, and the energy and relatability to hang with youth and young adults.
• He is administratively gifted to keep everything well-organized and well-communicated from the perspective of families, volunteers, and the church as a whole.
• Bible education is preferred, but we don’t have specific requirements.  We are not looking for our Family Pastor to share in preaching responsibilities now or in the future.
