Job Overview
The Program Director/Female Ministry Developer is a pivotal liaison and chief ambassador of JCLC’s Mission Statement and 7&7 Mentoring Model to female Apprentices (i.e. students), Mothers, and Mentorship Teams. She works closely with the Executive Director, Director of Operations and Male Ministry Developer to oversee the program schedule and execution, development and discipleship progress of the Apprentice; building and coordinating the Apprentice’s Mentorship Team, meeting with the Apprentice for one-on-one discipleship, and facilitating small group meetings and Team Nights. She has a passion to invest in young women who desperately need the hope that proceeds from knowing that God loves them for who they are and has called them to be more than they can imagine. The Female Ministry Developer oversees the 7&7 Mentoring Model for up to *25 Apprentices

We invite a child & his or her mother into a 9-year Christ-centered mentorship & support team, so that a new generation of leaders emerge who lead & love like Jesus. Our mission is to develop unfathered and at-risk boys and girls into global-minded leaders of God’s design. Following Jesus’ 3 year ministry example, our mission focus is one-on-one and small group discipleship and leadership development.
Job Description
Functions and Main Responsibilities: As a chief liaison and ambassador of JCLC’s Mission Statement and 7&7 Mentor Model to female Apprentices, the candidate will;
- Teach and Coach the JCLC P.A.R.K.S Matrix Curriculum. This will include;
- One-on-one discipleship, Small Groups, Team Nights, and Leadership Conferences
- Mentorship Team
- Social Media, YouTube and other creative and effective avenues of communication (as requested by and coordinated with Media Coordinator)
- Develop and maintain Strategic Communication and Coordination of:
- Program schedule
- Program Materials
- Transportation for Apprentices to/from JCLC events
- Apprentice and Mother special needs and important updates
- Additional support services available to the Apprentice (e.g. Family Counseling)
- Be the feet on the ground that routinely and strategically enters the Apprentice’s home and school to best understand their world in order to best help the Mentorship team connect with their Apprentice.
- Further develop, lead and manage the standardized review and assessment process for all female Mentors and Apprentices. This will include:
- Application (Apprentice)
- Application (Mother)
- Strategically and routinely pursue new Mentor/Mentorship Team recruitment and development.
- Provide Strategic Leadership to maintain a sustainable and accountable discipleship and communication process for each Mentorship Team and their Apprentice.
- Help lead and manage the full rollout of the JCLC 7&7 Mentoring/Discipleship Model.
