The Florida Baptist Convention is seeking a mission-driven CPA to serve as our Controller, providing financial leadership for our ministry as we come alongside over 2,700 churches across our state. This is more than a financial position—it's a calling to steward Kingdom resources with integrity, vision, and purpose.

As Controller, you will:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with best accounting practices and the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability standards.
• Help advance our shared mission to reach Florida and the nations with the Gospel.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed CPA with deep accounting expertise.
• Has experience managing audits, budgeting, and financial operations.
• Is a committed Christian who is actively involved in a Southern Baptist church.
• Thrives in a collaborative ministry environment and shares a passion for the Great Commission.
