Job Overview

To coordinate, supervise, and execute the food &beverage division of Rockside Ranch.

Job Description

The Retail Director has four main areas of responsibility:

  1. Culture
    1. Create and nurture a healthy and Christ-centered culture across all locations
    2. Lead and inspire staff to embrace the part they play in life restoration
    3. Cultivate unity among the team through a compelling vision and action plan
    4. Know the staff and walk with them through the various seasons of life
  2. Farmhouse Bakery and Butcher Shop
    1. Serve as the liaison between Rockside Ranch and Farmhouse Bakery & Butcher Shop
    2. Implement the vision of excellence and warmth
    3. Oversee inventory, production, scheduling, and additional managerial duties
    4. Lead staff meetings and ensure the hiring, training, and managing of staff is aligned with the Rockside Ranch culture and mission
  3. Marketing, Fulfillment and Retail Operations
    1. Manage our marketing strategy and develop new markets for our products
    2. Manage fulfillment of ranch club customer orders
    3. Manage product development and implementation
  4. Leadership and Workforce Development
    1. Shepherd and supervise students and staff
    2. Encourage, challenge and mentor employees, especially those in the Workforce program
    3. Facilitate community and model strong leadership skills
    4. Grow the vision of the retail division to new heights in the future
