Job Overview
To coordinate, supervise, and execute the food &beverage division of Rockside Ranch.
Job Description
The Retail Director has four main areas of responsibility:
- Culture
- Create and nurture a healthy and Christ-centered culture across all locations
- Lead and inspire staff to embrace the part they play in life restoration
- Cultivate unity among the team through a compelling vision and action plan
- Know the staff and walk with them through the various seasons of life
- Farmhouse Bakery and Butcher Shop
- Serve as the liaison between Rockside Ranch and Farmhouse Bakery & Butcher Shop
- Implement the vision of excellence and warmth
- Oversee inventory, production, scheduling, and additional managerial duties
- Lead staff meetings and ensure the hiring, training, and managing of staff is aligned with the Rockside Ranch culture and mission
- Marketing, Fulfillment and Retail Operations
- Manage our marketing strategy and develop new markets for our products
- Manage fulfillment of ranch club customer orders
- Manage product development and implementation
- Leadership and Workforce Development
- Shepherd and supervise students and staff
- Encourage, challenge and mentor employees, especially those in the Workforce program
- Facilitate community and model strong leadership skills
- Grow the vision of the retail division to new heights in the future
