Calvary Baptist, Effingham, IL established in 1968 seeks FT pastor with strong knowledge of Bible, skilled in biblical doctrinal teaching according to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and provide pastoral care to membership following the guidelines of I Timothy 3:1-7. Responsible for Sunday am and pm worship and Wednesday night Bible study. Our website is currently "under construction" so please be patient with our progress.

Our church sits in the heart of the city owning 3/4 a city block with room to grow and expand; is in a county seat with population of 14,000; average weekly attendance 50. People travel to Effingham to work, shop, and seek healthcare needs.
