Qualifications: • A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a calling to pastoral ministry • Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent degree from an accredited seminary • A minimum of five (5) years of pastoral experience • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Commitment to the authority of Scripture and alignment with the doctrines and mission of Emmanuel Baptist Church • Experience in preaching, teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and administration

Responsibilities: • Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and effectively • Lead the congregation in worship, prayer, and spiritual development • Provide pastoral care through counseling, visitation, and support during times of need • Equip and mobilize members for ministry, evangelism, and community outreach • Lead and collaborate with church staff, deacons, and ministry leaders • Oversee the administration of the ordinances (baptism and the Lord's Supper) • Guide the church in strategic planning and visioning for the future • Represent the church in community and denominational events
