We at Hopewell Baptist of Morganton, NC are seeking a full time worship leader. This position will be a dual role. You will need to be able to teach/preach and work with youth. Hopewell is an older established Southern Baptist Church that is 50/50 on age groups and desires traditional hymns as well as contemporary worship. We will soon be moving to a 2 service Sunday structure to accommodate our growth. We are seeking a man who walks in the faith and leads his family according to scripture. A younger to middle aged family is what we are seeking. Conservative theology and doctrine.
Please have the ability to play a lead instrument (guitar/piano/etc) and sing with enthusiasm from a heart of worship!
Compensation depends on experience, level of service, and quality of music ministry. ($65,000-75,000)
