The Lord's Gym Ministries, a ministry of the 39-year-old Foundation of Compassionate American Samaritans (FOCAS), is seeking an experienced fundraiser who views this opportunity as a calling, eager to lead two direct reports committed to sharing the love of Jesus with men, women, and children from facilities in Cincinnati's Price Hill neighborhood and Covington, Kentucky. The successful candidate will be sensitive to the Spirit's leadership and aligned to upholding the values and beliefs of the founders of FOCAS. Job Description

Primary responsibilities

• Grow charitable gift and grant support to $2.5MM.
• Manage and execute annual community awareness giving campaign and events.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies.
• Nurture annual & major gift relationships with current and potential corporate and foundation sponsors.
• Oversee grant proposals and reports to corporate, foundation, and government funders.
• Oversee effective and appropriate use of social media, newsletters, and individual meetings.
• Train and lead staff in personal support fundraising and marketing efforts as appropriate.
• Adhere and support the standards of Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

Requirements

• Believer in Christ.
• Commitment to the Evangelical Christian values and beliefs of the organization.
• Nonprofit development and fundraising experience in annual and major giving.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior experience.
• Demonstrated track record of ability to achieve annual charitable revenues.
• Exemplary interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience understanding & working across multi-generational givers and with senior level executives.
• High energy, positive, "can-do" attitude, flexibility, work independently while being a team player.
• Working knowledge of leveraging AI in fundraising.
• Competency in computer skills and database software programs.
