As Gen Z youth pastor (7th-12th) grade you will be responsible for the following:

-Once a week youth group time, outside of the Sunday School hour.– To teach or co-teach youth Sunday School class with current teacher – at least once with each age group monthly.– A minimum of one youth activity a quarter (more if possible).– To make sure the youth of Trinity Baptist Church are given the opportunity to attend summer camp(s), preferably with you in attendance at these camps. We understand that you may not be able to attend the camp(s). It will be your responsibility to make sure that counselors will be going in your place.– To oversee the planning, administering and supervising expenses from the church budget line item associated with youth ministries.– This position will be paying $2000/month.

The Gen Z pastor will work under the general direction of the Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor and the Gen Z Pastor will work together as a team to reach the youth and their families. We are looking for someone who loves the Lord, who loves youth, and wants to teach them to do the same.
