Generosity Impact Manager

Job Overview

The YouVersion Generosity Impact Manager inspires givers around the world by sharing all God is doing through the ministry of YouVersion in exciting, powerful ways. This role is responsible for discovering, evaluating, and stewarding the most impactful content, data, and stories for each lane of generosity. This role works with the Donor Relations and Donor Experience teams to identify ways to connect the YouVersion community, donors, churches, and partners to the impact of their generosity. This role partners with the Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling content, presentations, templates, stories, stats, and projects that transforms the giver experience from a simple transaction to a deeper relationship. The Generosity Impact Manager supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church's mission and reach people for Christ.

Job Description

What You'll Do

    • Develop how to package and communicate YouVersion history, progress, and innovations to effectively connect with all donors, like churches, foundations, and individual givers
    • Connect with the story producer to review Community stories weekly, and identify and prep powerful stories for each lane of generosity
    • Monitor key data, milestones, and outcomes to inform and equip the Donor Relations team to share with givers in campaigns, presentations, events, and personal touch points
    • Identify and present key metrics and stories of impact back internally with Life.Church as an ambassador of YouVersion Donor Development
    • Identify upcoming content needs for projects and campaigns
    • Manage proposals, giving campaigns, newsletters, and events
    • Develop systems and processes to ensure excellent access and delivery of proposals and other assets to external and internal stakeholders
    • Identify felt and unfelt needs, cultural trends, and other specifics about each donor type and adjust content accordingly
    • Create new relationships and nurture existing ones across the areas of the organization

    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain and foster partnerships
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects
    • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5-7 years of related work experience
