To catalyze the planting of churches worldwide, specifically by coming alongside and working with Acts 29's Global Regional Directors (Canada, Latin America, Brazil, Europe, MENA & South Asia, Africa, Asia-Pacific) to ensure every region is able to implement a contextualized version of Acts 29's Church Planting Pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting: Assess all of Acts 29 Global's recruiting resources, processes, systems, and personnel. Develop processes and strategies with them to ensure potential church planters from outside and inside of Acts 29 are being pursued and welcomed into the Church Planting Pipeline.

Training: Assess all of Acts 29 Global's training resources, processes, systems, and personnel to ensure church planters are being developed towards successfully completing the assessment and planting a church. Encourage the implementation of contextualized approaches to training within the pipeline that are analogous to the Church Planting Apprenticeship and Church Planting Residency from Acts 29 USA.

Assessment: Ensure universal standards across US and Global assessments and a unified use of data management tools (e.g. Church Planting Hub, Salesforce) in collaboration with US Church Planting Pipeline Director. Be an advocate for assessment and assist Global Regions in training and coordinating assessment coordinators and volunteers. Attend assessment conferences in global regions to assist, provide feedback, and perform other responsibilities.

Post-Assessment Coaching & Cohorts: Work with every region towards a post-assessment strategy for coaching and/or cohorts with the goal of every approved candidate completing conditions in a timely manner and being welcomed as an Acts 29 Church.

Education and Experience Qualifications ● A college degree and preferably a master's or seminary degree. ● Experienced and skilled in working across different, diverse cultures. ● A history of active involvement in church planting. ● Experience with church planting and missional movements and organizations.
