Groups and Missions Pastor

Our church seeks a dynamic and passionate Groups and Missions Pastor to ignite a passion for spiritual growth and outreach within our congregation. This individual will play a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant community of disciples who are actively engaged in missions, evangelism, and serving others. The ideal candidate will possess a deep love for Jesus, a heart for people, and a strong desire to empower others to live out their faith in tangible ways.

This is a full-time, pastoral position reporting directly to the Lead Pastor. The Groups and Missions Pastor will oversee a range of ministries, including Home Groups, Topical Studies, Sunday Morning Groups, Men's and Women's Ministries, and Missions.
