Job Description
Head of School – Faith Christian Academy
FCA provides an accessible Christian education to 864 students in Pre-K through grade 12.
Enhance Data-Driven Decision Making Objective:
Develop and implement a comprehensive faculty development program to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching. Focus on supporting second career teachers and enhancing certification processes. Improve access to technology and bolster college
preparatory curriculum.
Key Results:
Evaluate the creation of a faculty mentorship program pairing experienced educators with new hires.
Organize ongoing professional development sessions focused on best teaching practices, curriculum
consistency, and use of technology.
Set a goal for increasing teacher certification rate.
Objective:
Lead the implementation of a robust data-driven decision making process to evaluate and enhance academic programs and student outcomes. This includes training staff on data collection and interpretation, establishing regular data review meetings, and integrating data insights into strategic planning.
Key Results:
Conduct data analysis workshops for teachers and administrators by the start of the Head's second year.
Develop a data dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) by the end of the first year.
Present quarterly data reports to the school board and stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success.

Advance Fundraising and Marketing Initiatives
Objective:
Establish and lead effective fundraising and marketing team to ensure the school's financial sustainability and growth and tell the school's story. This includes creating an advancement office and establishing Advance Fundraising and Marketing Initiatives
