The Headmaster of Trinity Christian Academy serves as both the spiritual leader and chief administrator, entrusted with advancing the school's Christ-centered mission. This individual is responsible for inspiring students, faculty, and staff to deepen their faith, build strong academic foundations, and cultivate a biblical worldview. In addition to academic and spiritual leadership, the Headmaster encourages holistic student development through extracurricular activities and character formation.The Headmaster oversees daily school operations, manages faculty and staff, and ensures compliance with board policies. Serving as the primary liaison between the school and the Board of Directors, the Headmaster addresses matters related to academics, student behavior, and personnel with wisdom, integrity, and grace.
