Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversight of all High School Ministry events
• Partnering with parents to help their students grow in Christlikeness
• Providing regular teaching in the HSM class and other large-group events
• Coordinating discipleship groups for the HSM
• Identifying and training volunteers for the HSM
• Planning various ministry events, mission trips, and retreats
• Manage expenses within the approved annual budget

Qualifications and Requirements

● Bachelor's Degree (required)

● 2-4 years of ministry experience

● Affirm East Cooper Baptist Church's Statement of Faith and commit to exhibit a

lifestyle that is consistent

● A member of East Cooper Baptist Church (or willing and able to join)

● Display a passionate love for the Lord and a desire to serve in student ministry

● Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

● Numerous projects/tasks are completed in a timely manner without assistance

● Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, and Calendar)
