For over a century, New Mexico Baptist Children's Home (NMBCH) has been on a mission to offer hope to children and families in need. We are looking for dedicated married couples or single women to work as a team assigned by the administration to join us as Houseparents at our campuses in Portales, NM, and our soon-to-open location in Estancia, NM.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $65,000 per couple-$32,500 per individual

About Our Locations:

Portales, NM: A welcoming town with 17,000 residents, home to Eastern New Mexico University and near Cannon Air Force Base. Rich in archaeological history and community spirit.

Estancia, NM: A beautiful rural community, just an hour from Albuquerque, with ample mountains and outdoor spaces to explore.

Requirements:

Committed Christians: Actively involved in a Southern Baptist Church.

Team-Oriented: You will work with a team of committed staff who are all focused on providing a safe and loving home for our children.

Houseparent couples may have up to two dependent children (preferably over the age of 10) and one well-behaved pet (case-by-case basis).
