General Description
To assist the Director of Projects in his administration of Acts 29's Human Resources processes and provide administrative support to various projects across Acts 29's US and Global ministry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resource Responsibilities:
- Hiring Processes: Assist the Director of Projects in managing hiring processes from advertising position to onboarding.
- Draft, Organize, and Update Job Descriptions for all Acts 29 staff during hiring processes and annual updates.
- Bamboo: Administrate our HRiS. Update each employee's information when necessary. Update data in real-time. Utilize its functions to send docs for signing, house Handbook, and Policies.
- Answer questions about Bamboo, JDs, PTO.
- Administrate Acts 29's various workplace systems (Google Apps, email addresses, Slack enrollments, etc.).
- Guidestone insurance: administrate enrollment, send annual docs, and update records.
- Guidestone Retirement: administrate enrollment, entering info into Bamboo
- Offboarding: assist the Director of Projects in overseeing the process when we end the employment relationship, or someone resigns
- Support and monitor mandatory training concerning compliance and HR
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Projects by managing emails, calls, and messages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage the Director of Projects calendar and appointment scheduling.
- Book travel and keep track of schedule and itineraries.
- Plan and coordinate events as requested.
- Manage email accounts and respond to emails daily with distribution to necessary people.
