Interim Pastor

Job Description:

As we plan for our Lead Pastor's first sabbatical, we are looking for an experienced ministry leader to serve as a part-time Interim Pastor from January through August 2025 (the Lead Pastor will be away February-July so this will allow for some overlap on either end). The essence of this role is to provide consistency from the pulpit by preaching two Sundays per month and to provide support for our staff team and lay leaders, including the Campus Pastors who lead our two church plants. Position Qualifications:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EDUCATION EXPECTATIONS

• 10+ years Ministry Experience (Senior or Lead level); Interim Experience desired
• Strong preaching/teaching skills, as well as public and interpersonal communication skills
• Leadership & supervisory ability with staff and volunteers
• Positive interpersonal and influence skills
• Theological Graduate degree preferred
