The Music and Worship Minister at Shearer Hills Baptist Church (SHBC) is responsible for planning and coordinating all corporate worship services and all aspects of the music ministry of the church. This includes a traditional service with mostly hymns and a contemporary service with recent praise and worship songs, both on Sunday morning. The Music and Worship Minister will work in collaboration with the staff and ministry leaders of SHBC and will report to the Senior Pastor. Should have experience collaborating with and leading a choir, orchestra, organist, pianist, band and praise team. The Music and Worship Minister will work with and oversee other music ministry programs including kid's choir, hand-bells, joy singers (visiting senior living facilities) and other seasonal music events.

We prefer a full-time minister including duties as described above, however, we are open to part-time applicants.
