Kid's Director – River Lake Church

Reports To: Discipleship Pastor

Leads: River Lake Kids Ministry

Scope of Position: Part time role with availability for weekend services to oversee and lead team

Mission Alignment

To create environments where kids grow in one's faith, parents feel comfortable leaving the children, and volunteers grow in the callings as the volunteers continue to both find and follow Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all programming for children (infants through fifth grade) throughout River Lake Church
• Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and engaging for all children
• Develop and execute a plan of spiritual development from birth to graduation day
• Partner with parents to help discipleship happen at home as much as at church
• Recruit volunteers and team leads to support the ministry
• Role requires getting things done through OTHERS
