Hillcrest Baptist Church exists to praise the Lord, care for people, and advance the Kingdom according to Scripture. We're looking for a man or woman to add to our ministry team as Kids Ministry Director. That person will lead and cultivate a Christ-centered, safe, and fun environment for children (Birth–6th Grade) to grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus. This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects of children's ministry, including Sunday and Wednesday programming, special events, and volunteer leadership.
